Fix volume bar appearing behind some heroes in the Hire menu! Avoid special MenuDefItem.t values everywhere.

Happened for certain shop thing indices, which become .sub_t values.

Made many menus use .t values which follow after mtypeLAST. (For easy grepping
of mtypeLAST, as opposed to negative .t values)
