Rename "Close menu if selected" to "Close menu when activated"

Gosh that has always annoyed me

Also offer "menuitembit:hide if disabled" as an alias to
"menuitembit:hide when disabled" to match the name in the editor
(But I didn't add "menuitembit:dont run on-close script", because of
the hypen)
