Fix lots of incomplete menu item subtype documentation and missing script constants:

-Added menucaption:selectable, menucaption:unselectable
-Added
 menuspecial:map always, menuspecial:save always, menuspecial:margins,
 menuspecial:purchases, menuspecial:windowed, menuspecial:fullscreen,
 menuspecial:music volume, menuspecial:sound volume
-Purchases subtype wasn't documented, many others were very under-documented
-Also duplicated the menu subtype documentation into the plotdict
-plotscr.hsd had only menutype:label, added menutype:caption as an alias
