You can now optionally increase the number of save slots supported by a game as high as 1000

1000 was picked arbitrarily. It wouldn't take any extra work to add even more
quicksave/quickload now uses a slot named quick0.rsav instead of 32.rsav
email_save_to_developer() now uses mail0.rsav for its temporary file instead of 33.rsav
Also fixed the bug that allowed quickloading from an empty slot with ugly results
