Make sure that the shop thing editor properly saves and reloads both its current data and the count of stuff in the current shop
before calling any ThingBrowsers and then re-loads appropriately afterwards.

Tested by opening the shop stuff editor, browsing for an item, editing that item, browsing for a text box, going to conditionals
and browsing for a shop, going into the same shop, adding a new item to the list of stuff, and then exiting all the way back out
to the first shop stuff editor instance
