Stop using boxlook(0).edgecol as text color in browser

Also, r5995 "Split boxlook() out of uilook()" accidentally swapped
boxlook(0).edgecol and .bgcol when drawing the progress meter, so I unswapped
those. (I had thought there was something off about the progress meter...
Although it will probably get rewritten soon enough anyway.)
