Fix sprite slice sizes being wrong until they are drawn, if the sprite size is nonstandard

This was noticeable with NPC sprites being mispositioned for a tick, and caused
serious problems in battles: BattleSprite container slices were the wrong size,
so battle cursors and attack sprites were mispositioned
