Add music_sdl2 backend... actually, it's just music_sdl with a couple #ifdefs

There's almost no difference between SDL_mixer 1.2 and 2.0, so I want to modify
music_sdl to dynamically link to SDL_mixer, so that it can link to either 1.2
or 2.0, rather than have two different backends.
The same thing will allow gfx_sdl and gfx_sdl2 to both be linked at once.
