Add partial PNG support, in the file browser anyway (loading as a Surface)

Some bad stuff happens when you actually try to import a PNG, as loading
paletted PNGs with their palettes isn't implemented. Only loading as a 32bit
Surface works.

Also, added .alpha and .paletted to ImageFileInfo
