[Ohrrpgce] SVN: teeemcee/10051 scons: Attempt to fix mac builds due to --gc-sections being missing

This does fix compiling on mac

I do notice that scons test fails on mac, saying:

...Quit the game.

I'm going to go back and see if I can figure out when the failure started
