Several improvements to the display of the map editor map preview:

-limit the zoom so that it doesn't overlap the menu as much (unless the map is
 so huge even 1x zoom overlaps)
-make use of MenuOptions.bgfuzz and .highlight
-shift the minimap over a little if there's a scrollbar
-regenerate minimap if the window is resized
