Save hero hand pos in RSAV only if it's been modified with "set hero hand x/y"

(Added HeroState.hand_pos_overridden.)
Previously, hand position wasn't saved if it was the same as the hand position
in the hero definition, but that breaks if you edit the hero while using Test
Game. (See also next commit)
