Make zonemap view mode more intuitive, fix errors on the help page, and improve help page

-G to change indicator graphics misdocumented as T
-</> to change selection misdocumented as +/-
-Added "Change Graphics" at top of screen (when wider than 320px) to show the
 G key
-A zone is automatically locked when you hit Space/Click, so you can edit it
 without needing to read the help page
-Add < and > icons to show they change the selection
