When you click to activate an NPC, and that npc opens a textbox that opens a menu, don't instantly close the menu.

MouseInfo now keeps track of the age of the left click in ticks.
MenuDef now keeps track of the age of the menu in ticks.
Mouse release outside a menu to close the menu is ignored if the click is older than the menu
