While it still requires creating formations that are suitable for mouse
controls, as long as the targetting cursor positions of overlapping enemies
are different, we ought to allow them to be selected with the mouse. E.g.
if there are multiple enemies under the mouse, select the one which has its
cursor position closest to the mouse.
