[Ohrrpgce] SVN: james/10297 Add mouse support to the equip screen

Cool, so are only shops and battles now missing mouse support?

Mouse support in the equip screen seems to be broken. It doesn't display
equip bonuses, and I repeatedly got the error:
Aborting due to runtime error 6 (out of bounds array access) at line 3052
of menustuf.rbas::EQUIP_MENU()
(st.slot is -1)
I was testing in test.rpg, after buying everything in the shop.
