[Ohrrpgce] SVN: teeemcee/9476 Split (misnamed) common.h up into config.h and misc.h

After some cleaning now only 460 files in the root directory! Now I know
why people create seperate src/ subdirectories! It would be nice to not
have nearly everything in one directory

A couple years ago I got so sick of the pile of cruft I had that I checked
out a fresh clean copy from git, and left behind all my old files
(including a couple unfinished features with un-checked-in files, even).
They're still sitting there... 573 files in that directory
