In default tile passability editor, right click or space to set/remove all walls

So now space behaves exactly the same as in the wallmap editing mode.

Also, switch that editor/tilepicker and also the tile cutter over to using
mouse releases rather than mouse clicks.
And a very minor start on updating both of them for variable res, by ignoring
clicks off the tileset edge.
