sliceedit: lots of fixes for operations that should have been disallowed - make use of ses.privileged

You could change the type of a slice that was protected, had a special lookup
code (in Custom only), had a lookup code that's only allowed on certain types,
or was a special type. Now properly restricts the slice types.
Also, you could delete the parent of a special (eg negative lookup code) slice.

Removed all remaining differences in editor behaviour between Game/Custom.

Also, the thingbrowser editor is no longer privileged, only the Editor Slice
Editor is.

Also, accept mouse clicks in the lookup editor.
