Fix slice cloning not copying extra data, autosort, sort order, or Sprite assetfile or scale.

This meant that Ctrl+C/V in the slice editor didn't copy these things.

Also, sprite .scale is now loaded and saved (although it isn't exposed yet),
and made improvements to comments in slices.bi

I checked all slice types, these were the only things that had been overlooked in save, load or clone.
