Add RectBorderTypes enum and cleanup all the box-drawing functions a bit

There were a couple places where bounds-checking was wrong.

 ChangeRectangleSlice box, , , , borderNone
is certainly far more readable than
 ChangeRectangleSlice box, , , , -2
