autotest: add tests for one-way doors, {read,write}{map,pass}block, and (most) tileanimaion commands

Added some oneway walls to map 0 and a couple tiles to the tileset.
The series of walls/crates at the bottom of map 0 are for some wallchecking
tests I'm working on.
