mapedit: A special passmap draw tool which enables setting individual walls with the mouse.

Dragging the mouse draws connected lines, though there is a rare problem where
due to tiebreaking the line of walls may not be connected.

Keyboard controls/behaviour in passmap edit mode are unchanged.
