[Ohrrpgce] SVN: teeemcee/9757 mapedit: Allow panning the map by dragging with the right mouse button.

Yikes! Panning the map with the right button is the first thing I tried,
and it goes in the exact opposite direction I expected.
I definitely don't want to risk letting anybody get used to this.

I am going to change it to drag the map around.
