Add globalstrings.sh which finds readglobalstring calls inconsistent with the global string editor

Interestingly there are quite a few, especially the names of stats

And then if you create a new .rpg file and open the editor, you'll have a
third set of strings to compare with, and will see even more inconsistencies!
