Allow running old games without archinym.lmp lumps which have been renamed and/or unlumped

Search for a .gen lump if archinym.lmp is missing.
Also handle games which were unlumped in the distant past, so the lump names
aren't lowercase.
One such game is the 1997 demo of Wandering Hamster.
