[Ohrrpgce] Mediawiki string functions

Hey James, would it be possible to enable string functions on the wiki?
This requires toggling a config option. I think it's disabed by default for
DoS concerns, but there are (configurable) safety limits built into these
functions anyway.

(The ParserFunctions extension is already used on the wiki)

I wanted to use {{#replace}} to removes spaces from a string, so that
{{plot|clampslice|clamp slice}} can be simplified to {{plot|clamp slice}}.
