intgrabber now allows inputting numbers with the numpad keys! Also fix 3 intgrabber bugs

The bugs:
-ignored Shift, so typing '!' registered as '1'
-typing a value while the input was negative and out of range
 (and autoclamp=NO) set the value to positive
-for a completely different reason, pressing left/right while
 while the input was negative and out of range (and autoclamp=NO)
 set the value to garbage
(The last two affected special slice lookup codes)
