textbox editor: Add alt/ctrl+left/right controls when after is selected

If there is no next textbox, then ctrl+left/right link to the previous/next
box.

alt+left/right changes the current box number. Left/right actually work for
that purpose on all menu items except this one.

Also, display the full tag condition when 'After:' is selected.
