A rather unassuming 9000th commit!

Looks like languages have to be added to linguist for it to recognise and
report them. They say that they "prefer" to add languages only once they're
used by hundreds of repos on github. A github search shows 147 results,
despite not finding repos like the OHR that mention freebasic in the
readme, so maybe someone should send a pull request.
