Doorlinks menu: DELETE to delete a doorlink and further visual improvements:

- draw with the proper map edge mode instead of always cropping
- compute the menu size (resolution independence); draw a scrollbar
- don't overlap the menu items

You can still mark a doorlink as unused (source door = -1) if you want.
Existing unused doorlinks aren't removed.
