Add Music/Sound Volume menu options; turn the old Volume option into a menu

The Volume menu just has the Music/Sound Volume options, so that you can
adjust the sfx volume in existing games.

These new options replace the Volume option in the default main menu in
new games.

Also, I added a Global Text String for Load, which was the odd one out
in missing a string. Because these are redundant I don't actually think these
are very useful, but maybe some people prefer editing these.
