Rename pass_mode Line tool to Draw, and replace the Draw tool with a variant, Stamp

Stamp lets you specify which wall bit to draw. Code-wise, it's a very small
tweak to Draw, but it's quite different in use. Quite useful both for keyboard
or mouse controls.
