Fix finddatadir, which didn't check data/. Merged finddatafile and finddatadir

Also fixed a bug in both functions:
  IF isdir(settings_dir & dirname) THEN RETURN tmpdir & dirname
tmpdir and settings_dir were the same in Custom but not Game.
