Script profiling is now toggled with ctrl+F9 instead of being a special build.

The profiling info will be printed either when you turn it off, or
when you quit. Each subsequent profiling session prints accumulated
data, but if profiling is disabled it's possible that a script and its
statistics gets freed. (That's a todo.)
