Rewrite scriptname: load all script names once. It was very slow esp. if definescript was used.

There is a single function load_script_triggers_and_names to load
lookup1.bin and plotscr.lst.

The script name is looked up when triggering a script.  Games which
had a lot of scripts, used definescript instead of plotscript and
triggered a lot of timer scripts at once suffered noticeable pauses.
