Improve script profiling: track time spent in children (childtime).

Also, in g_debug.txt print a second table of scripts sorted by childtime,
and improve the help message.

Factored out all profiling stuff to the *_timing functions in
scripting.bas (as part of move to new interpreter).

You can call stop_fibre_timing and start_fibre_timing to pause
timing; scripterr and script_interrupt now do this to avoid
mucking up the times. killallscripts now also properly stops timing.
