linux nightly builds: skip 32 bit builds if they won't compile

This isn't going to fix the problem where the linux nightly builds
aren't getting uploaded, except for the .deb file.

Also, fix distrib.sh not cleaning away previous ohrrpgce-player-minimal builds.
That caused uploading the minimal builds to be skipped on my machine.

Also, ignore -Wmaybe-uninitialized GCC warnings when compiling with
gengcc=1 debug=0 (as on Mac).
