sliceeditor: Completely update for variable resolution.

Now instead of parenting to the ScreenSlice, the root slice is parented to ses.draw_root,
which is the same size as the in-game screen. This is visualised as a black rectangle
on top of a chequer background. It's centered so the menu doesn't overlap so much
