sliceedit: Fix a bunch of glitches/small bugs:

-ScreenX/Y and size of invisible slices wasn't updated (missing in several
 places). This was really jarring because thanks to the 'ants' outlines you
 could see the positions were wrong; even worse when resizing the window.
-Using Ctrl+F did not update the menu afterwards
-Root slice is now visible by default in Ctrl+F recursive editing
-Mouse-over couldn't highlight/select the root slice if shown; also I found the
 way it prevented normal highlighting of the selected menu item too confusing.
