[Ohrrpgce] confusing error message in Test game when opening a future-format rpg file

While I was testing the callipygous+1 builds yesterday I noticed a minor
bug.

When you load a future nightly rpg file into callipygous, and after
ignoring the compatibility warning go to "Test Game" it will report that
your version of game and custom are mismatched-- even though when it shows
the version numbers of each, they are a perfect match.

I consider this minor because it only happens after ignoring the warning
when opening the rpg file, but it probably indicates that something is
screwed up in the error reporting for "Test Game"
