[Ohrrpgce] Nightly builds down

As typical, something has gone wrong, as I see that Windows and Mac nightly
builds haven't been built for two weeks. The Mac cron job reports:

svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL '
https://rpg.hamsterrepublic.com/source'
svn: E230001: Server SSL certificate verification failed: issuer is not
trusted

In other news, I haven't looked into crosscompiling Mac builds again, but
will probably do that at some point this month
