Add the delightfully named zero_out_pre_july_8_1999_general_map_data_garbage()
sub which repairs an obscure type of .map record corruption that was caused by
a lost-to-history version of custom.exe

Only games older than July 8 1999 can be fixed this way (for example, Fat Frog RPG demo)
but some other games may suffer from the same corruption without being easily repairable
(for example, Fat Frog RPG full version)
