A quick-and-dirty band-aid fix for the bug that prevented games from customizing their screen resolution on Android.
For some reason the backend on Android is reported as "gfx_sd" instead of "gfx_sdl". That bug is not fixed yet,
but the only non-cosmetic consequence (that I noticed) was that the backend check for screen resizing was failing.
