Add "running on ouya" command.
The only reason this exists is because I couldn't think of any other way to display different controller image sprites in the help screen for Don't Eat Soap when you run on OUYA vs GameStick consoles.
(for games that describe controls using textboxes rather than sprites, they can always use the ${B#} codes)
