Android: Run show_virtual_gamepad() at the top of all built-in special screens, and run update_virtual_gamepad_display()
at the end of all of them, so that they will be useable when suspendplayer or a textbox is on screen.

Including: Items, Spells, Status, Equip, Order/Team, Map, Quit, Purchase, Shop menu, Buy, Sell, hero picker, and Inn
