Recognise whether another copy of Custom is still running or crashed and behave accordingly.

-Collect more data in get_previous_session_info
-Separate handling of working.tmp from modern or old (no session_info.txt.tmp)
 version of Custom
-Better consideration of existence of __danger.tmp
-Fixed handle_dirty_workingdir() ignoring the return value of empty_workingdir()
