Begin work on new touch_virtual_keyboard() which will provide an alternative to the buggy Android virtual keyboard implementation
With the bonus that we can add a scripting command to use it on other platforms (with a mouse) if desired.

Rename cheezy_virtual_gamepad() gamepad_virtual_keyboard() since its defining feature is that it supports multiple controllers on Android Microconsoles like OUYA. (this might go away entirely in the future if touch_virtual_keyboard() gains a superset of its features)

Add default_virtual_keyboard_screen.slice which very roughly mimics the default Android virtual keyboard, but fits the OHRRPGCE visual style
