[Ohrrpgce] [Bug 1006] summary

I did some reading on this, and apparently you cannot delete bugs directly,
but it is possible to create a "Trash" product and move bugs to it and then
delete it. If any more crop up, I will give it a try.

I certainly hope we don't get an influx of spam bugs. On average the wiki
gets hit by spammers more than a hundred times a day, but modifying
bugzilla to block them sounds like a heck of a lot more work :(
