Added "string sprintf" and "script error" commands

I used the name "string sprintf" because when real strings are added I
want to add a "sprintf" command that returns a string instead of requiring
a destination string ID.

This sprintf is written from scratch and doesn't use the libc sprintf,
because I didn't see any way to dynamically build a list of arguments to
pass to it.
